About the Role
� Deliver flawless and timely BAU service management reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports)
� Supporting updates to a broad range of Service Documentation related activities, focussing on Service Appendices and Intra-Group Agreements
� Supporting project-led strategic change to deliver enhancements to service management framework
� Support delivery of ad hoc activities required by the TC01 leadership team. For example, detailed and complex analysis and data investigations
� Maintaining guidance and process documentation
