Paradigm Shift was founded in 2022 by three coworkers who share a vision of creating a more inclusive and equitable world. Our team is made up of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a common goal of promoting understanding and acceptance of sensitive topics.
At Paradigm Shift, we believe that education is the key to breaking down barriers and challenging long-held beliefs. Through our programs and initiatives, we seek to provide individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to broaden their perspectives and become advocates for change.
Our organization is committed to promoting awareness and understanding of topics that are often stigmatized, including mental health, addiction, sexuality, gender identity, and more.
