SAVI GHORIWALA

Founder
Meet Savi, our founder and an advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights. Savi is a transgender woman and is passionate about breaking down the stigma around mental health. She is a CFA charter holder and works at a Clean Tech startup which is revolutionizing the way energy is consumed, making it greener. She is also an Amazon best-selling author. With her dedication and commitment, we are confident that we can create an inclusive and supportive community for all.

Aditi works in ESG strategy at PwC India and is an avid traveller. She is passionate for sustainable change and a firm believer of inclusivity. With a purpose in mind and determination at heart, we believe we can provide a safe space bereft of criticism and judgement.
NAITIK PAHUJA
Pronouns: He/Him
Co-Founder
Naitik works for government agencies and Fortune 500 companies on the weekdays as an analyst at PwC and spends time looking at planes on the weekend. Outside of work, he is a national-level squash player and a swimmer. He has co-founded and led multiple student clubs in college. As an avid MUNer and debater, he misses no opportunity to speak out, and is passionate about breaking norms.
AMEYA RATHEESH

Ameya is working as a Senior Analyst at PwC, India. Her areas of expertise are Automotive, Infrastructure, ESG and Logistics. Apart from her professional interests, she loves exploring new places, meeting new people, and has an avid interest in exploring different delicacies across the country. She firmly believes that the world should be an equal and inclusive space for everyone and that purpose brought her to Paradigm shift.
